You see, I know what it’s like to be passionate about something, but also make my relationships a priority.
In 2010, I started my walk with God. I always knew about Him, but never really had a relationship with Him. I imagined He heard my prayers, but wasn’t sure if He would really answer any of it.
It was also my third year working at a corporate company. I would see women stressing out about deadlines and having to choose work over their time with their loved ones. It didn’t make sense to me.
Why can’t we all thrive in both? Why do we feel like we have to choose between what pays our bills or sacrifice our most valued relationships? I was so burdened with the idea so I started brain storming and praying. I started dreaming of what it was like to be able to thrive in both. From there, I wrote strategies and scripture to help women feel the same – in corporate or in their own businesses.
